A team of our local house painters in Ohio City did some interior painting on this beautiful renovation a few weeks ago. The whole duplex had been completely renovated down to the studs by Gertz Building Co. and it needed a fresh new look to go with the more modern feel.
It was important to pick colors that went well with the gorgeous wood floors, new appliances and counter tops, and modern open shelving that had been installed. It was also important to pick colors that were able to be adaptable to multiple styles since this unit will be for rent.
The colors that ended up being picked were “Repose Grey” for the walls, “Pure White 7005” for the trim, “Dark Walnut” stain for the handrails, and “Black Fox Porch” and floor enamel for the treds and stairs in the front and the back.
What do you think about the colors and stains selected? Would you have chosen different colors? Curious about our pricing options? Let us know in the comments below.
